What We Do
Lead a fundraising campaign

Amplify your impact and start your own fundraising campaign!

It's quick (10-15 minutes), simple, and fun. Follow these steps:

1. Start a campaign securely on Facebook or through Give Lively. Create an account, if needed, and in a couple of clicks your campaign will be live

2. Talk about it! Share with your friends, family, coworkers, or other peers

Best practices to set up your campaign for success:

  • Add a personal message to the campaign

  • Run the campaign for 2 weeks to 1 month in duration

  • Share reminders and updates on milestones throughout the campaign

  • Encourage your friends to share the campaign with their network

  • Thank your supporters and celebrate funds raised

  • Bonus: Host a kick-off event or wrap-up event

Sponsor a well

By sponsoring a well project, you or your organization can give the gift of water to an entire community! $4,000 builds a well that can support a community of 250 - 1,500 people for years to come. 100% of your funds go directly to support the well project.

Upon completion of the project, you will receive an album with photos of the community, the construction process, and the completed well. Additionally, we will share a link to the well on Google Street View so you can view the well any time. If you choose, we can also include an organization logo or a short dedication message on the well signboard.

Where does the money go?
  • 100% of your funds go directly to support our programs.

  • A well costs us $4,000 to build. Comparatively, organizations in rural Sub-Saharan Africa often pay anywhere from $5,000 to $15,000+ for similar wells.

  • Well Constructed Financial History

How do we keep the cost so low?
IMG_6777.JPG
  • Operational costs are covered by the Board Members of Well Constructed.

  • Local relationships.  Rashed has built wells in this region for over 10 years and has an excellent network of reliable local contractors.  Our contractors share our vision for improving the conditions of their community.

  • Contract wells in bulk with local contractors, and pay with American currency.  This mitigates risk for our contractors, who in turn are able to give a better price.
